岗位职责
岗位职责：
1、负责公司重要客户的协助接待工作，协助领导建立良好的客户关系；
2、负责维护客户关系，扩大公司业务量；
3、负责参与公司业务报价、服务建议书或投标活动；
4、负责辅助领导处理各类商务文件及投标文件，完成各类统计报表；
5、负责整理部门内合同的归档整理；
6、负责组织安排公司对外宣传活动；
7、完成领导交办的其它各项临时性和基础性工作。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，营销类、管理类、商务类专业、文秘等相关专业优先；
2、有1年以上相关工作经验；
3、具有房地产及建筑行业相关背景优先考虑；
4、有良好的人力交往能力、耐心细心，为人真诚，具有较强的责任心，工作态度端正；
5、熟练使用PPT、excel等办公软件的操作。

Asia (W Xi‘an) which was selected the most popular architecture in 2018 and was
the Spring Festival celebration site. Tahoe Courtyard Collection (Beijing
Courtyard, Xifu Courtyard, Beijing Lichunhu Courtyard, Nanjing Courtyard, etc.)
and many other well-known developments in China. In 2016, the works by our
designers ranked top three places of Beijing villa type real estate sales
market. As a newly established experienced boutique design company, UMiA will
continue to provide design expertise through excellent design service.
