岗位职责

任职要求：

1、重点院校本科及以上学历，大型建筑设计公司5年以上工作经历；
2、 熟练操作Autocad、Sketchup、Photoshop、InDesign、天正等相关软件及其他相关专业设计软件；对专业基础知识掌握扎实，熟悉本专业基本规范，对专业知识有较强的钻研精神；
3、具备总图规划、平面功能、造型、空间等内容的分析和设计能力；具有较强的方案构思和表现能力，并具备方案深化能力；
4、具备指导其他方案创作人员进行方案创作的能力，并具有团队领导能力；
5、热爱设计工作，敬业踏实、认真负责，具有主动性和团队合作精神；
6、有大中型项目方案负责经验者优先，主创项目获省级及以上奖项者优先。
